Family, Career and Community Leader of America (FCCLA) is a non-profit national career education student organization for young men and women in Family and Consumer Sciences classes in public and private schools grades seven through twelve.

FCCLA is a dynamic and effective national student organization that helps young men and women become leaders and address important personal, family, work and societal issues through family and consumer sciences education. FCCLA's programs are developed and led by the youth members.

As a member of FCCLA, you and other members can participate in activities and national programs to make a difference in your school, your community, you state and across the nation. By developing projects that address issues faced by a culturally diverse and ever-changing society, you can impact the future and encourage others to get involved. FCCLA members are today's youth who are preparing to be tomorrow's leaders.
